Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet.
We have switched to a phone system which encourages text messaging, emails and we can also call you if you request this method via voicemail, email or text. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.

Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Emergency & Urgent Care
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet needs. Usually an emergency team consists of a veterinarian and one or more technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as your furry family member being hit by a car, or eating food or non-food items that he or she shouldn't. This might be chocolate, a sock, or even a squeaker out of a stuffed dog toy. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to text us or come in immediately. Another option is to call the University of Illinois Small Animal Emergency Clinic at (217)-333-5300.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Dr. Todd will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionist will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.
In order to provide the highest quality treatment, Dr. Todd specializes in treating
dogs and cats only - any size, any age!
Payments
The Pet Pro accepts payment via cash, check, credit, and debit card. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We can provide estimates for all visits, surgeries, and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate and would like one, you are welcome to request this at any time for your expected charges.
