Welcome to The Pet Pro
Located at Kirby & Mattis in Champaign , Illinois, The Pet Pro offers both appointments and drop off services for Veterinary Medicine and Grooming services. Dr. Todd and his wife, Gina (a Registered Nurse), are lifelong residents of Champaign . After 15 years of managing 10 veterinary clinics for two different veterinary groups, Dr. Todd missed the true doctor-patient relationship and elected to focus on one hospital and started the Pet Pro in 1998. Dr. Todd has enjoyed every minute of getting to know each client and their furry family members. Gina was a phone triage nurse at Carle Clinic and has been able to add her communication skills to the practice. When Dr.Todd is busy with clients, Gina can provide you with detailed answers to your questions. Taylor, their daughter, has been home schooled at the Pet Pro. Although only 13 years old, she is becoming a valuable assistant. Next to join the family business was Jamie, who has become a skilled groomer over the last couple of years. Not to be left out, daughter-in-law Joyce, is a part-time receptionist. She is working her way through nursing school. The Pet Pro is truly a pet friendly family business. By the way, we bring our dogs to work with us. Many people just stop by to meet our pets known as Snow Angels (English Cream golden retrievers).
The Pet Pro is a full-service animal hospital whose mission is to provide the highest standard of veterinary care you can afford for your pet. We provide friendly, informative, and supportive services for you and your pet. You DO have options in your pets medical care and we would love to explain these options to you.
The Pet Pro offers medical , surgical, and dental care, as well as grooming services. A board certified surgeon, Dr. Michael Boero, works in the Pet Pro one day a week. Our in-house pharmacy is complete with a drive-up window. We offer price matching on quantity purchases of flea and heartworm products to our clients.
Your Pets . . . Our Family!
We prefer appointments, but if you are willing to wait you can walk in during normal business hours.
